The leading German hiking-magazine awarded our SOURCE Widepac WXP bladder with their seal of excellence. From October 2012 to April 2013 our bladders participated along with competitors’ products in a long term field-test involving actual hiking and other outdoor-activities.
Danke! Thank you for the honors! We are very happy to receive the recommendation from the Wandermagazin, Germanys leading hiking-magazine. Several standard hydration systems (all brands and competitors) were included in the long term field-test. The Widepac WXP was the only one to receive the coveted seal, which makes it even more precious for us!
Advantage: Easy to mount
Distinguishing factors mentioned by the authors of the test: SOURCE bladders are very easy to mount in any backpack. There are no limitations or restrictions. The design allows easy attachment to any pack of any brand, be it by snap-link or strap.
Advantage: Easy handling thanks to wide opening
Also, the Widepac slider (U.S Patent No. 7,648,276,B2) convinced the jury. The effortless drying and handling of the SOURCE bladders is one of the main reasons the seal was awarded.
This comes all on top of the well known and proven advantages: The Taste-Free System, the SOURCE Grunge-Guard Technology and the Glass-Like Film Technology that distinguish all SOURCE hydration systems, making them easy-maintenance and excellent in use.
