“What filter to use with SOURCE Hydration Systems?” It’s one of the most frequent questions we get. Our developers now came up with a new (and final) answer to the question: The SOURCE Filtering Hydration Kit.
In the past, going out for a longer hike automatically meant carrying more water. With the new Filtering Widepac, as long as it is not a hike in the completely dry desert, the amount can be reduced drastically. Because the new SOURCE Filtering Widepac allows you to re-fill your Widepac hydration system anywhere along the way, be it from rivers, lakes or other unsafe sources – and to be 100% sure to drink clean water. Thanks to the in-line Sawyer filter without applying any chemicals, without pumping, without any connecting or disconnecting of filters.
Just re-fill your hydration system from whatever source of water you happen to pass by, and be sure to drink pure water thanks to the embedded SAWYER filter. Besides the complete Filtering Widepac-Kit we are also introducing a Filtering Tube (in case you already own a SOURCE reservoir), and a new filtering Convertube for anybody that prefers a bottle over a hydration pack.
